Are BENLYWATCH timepieces water-resistant?
Most of our watches feature a water resistance rating of 3ATM to 5ATM, making them resistant to splashes and rain. However, we recommend avoiding submersion or high-pressure water contact to preserve the leather straps and internal movements.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return through our online portal for a full refund or exchange.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every BENLYWATCH comes with a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in the movement, hands, and dial. It does not cover normal wear and tear, battery life, or accidental damage to the glass and strap.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure checkout experience.
How do I adjust my watch strap?
For metal link bracelets, we include a small adjustment tool with your order. For leather or mesh bands, the buckles are designed for easy adjustment at home. You can also visit any local jeweler for a professional fitting.
